All orders are confirmed manually through WhatsApp or Instagram before dispatch. Customers are advised to verify product details carefully during confirmation.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
• Wrong product delivered
• Product damaged during transit
• Product not functioning at the time of delivery
Due to the nature of electronic components, the following items are
generally non-refundable:
• Opened or used components
• Items damaged due to improper handling
• Products ordered incorrectly by the customer
To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the issue. Our team will review the request and respond accordingly.
In eligible cases, replacements may be offered instead of refunds, subject to product availability.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method or an agreed alternative.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.
